Fractional CFO/COO work for VC firms is a perfect fit for my operational background building, scaling, and executing on investment teams and startups. All this means that I work with a handful of clients that leverage my operational excellence, when you may not need full time help or be able to bring in a seasoned operator.

I invest in people that I have come to know and trust. Building two accelerators from nothing to invested startups has proven invaluable to my practice. Setting up programs, creating the investment vehicles, finding startups, and deploying capital has been incredibly rewarding. I invest personally and with partners into early stage companies.

Unlocking client potential through 1:1 sessions typically with VC partners and startup founders. Through my work as an investor and operator I have hands on experience from being in their shoes coupled with coaching training and craft refining my craft for years as a coach. I support clients through in person and remote sessions.
