(Private co.) Worked with executive team on building out a strategy, GTM plan for their service, fundraising strategy, and product development. The platform was a mobile focussed solution to the ancient problem of provenance of devices, cutting out middle-men, and reducing costs for consumers. We assembled a global team of developers, designed and executed a strategy to go to market, and raised funds for the underlying business. I worked with the founder and CEO on all aspects of the business and helped scale the idea, team, and product(s). Assembling a team of part time and full time operators was essential for getting the initial product out the door, then stepping back once a full time team was in place to takeover.
